A lingering landmark of Sydney’s early 20th Century, The Glenmore is located in The Rocks just south of the Argyle Bridge. Pre-dating the Hrbour Bridge and most every other structure in the neighborhood, The Glenmore was rehabilitated in 2012 and now offers an all-day lounge scene with first-floor bar, mezzanine lounge and rooftop terrace that’s currently one of the most popular in Sydney. The crowd varies between nearby media workers and in-the-know tourists looking for something a bit more local than the usual bars found in The Rocks.
